Frost Training & Consulting, LLC was formed in May 2006 by Billy Frost who recently retired from the South Carolina OSHA; Office of Voluntary Programs where he worked for six years as an OSHA Training Coordinator.

While with OSHA, Billy taught an average of 200 courses a year to public and private employers. He also completed numerous OSHA Training Institute courses where he became qualified to teach the 10 & 30 hour General Industry and Construction courses.

Prior to joining OSHA, Billy served as the Superintendent of the South Carolina Fire Academy where he worked for 19 years. Billy is originally from Folly Beach, SC and has worked for seven years in emergency fire service operations. Billy has a Bachelor’s degree in Fire Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science Technology.

Billy has 28 years of teaching adults in safety related areas. He delivers training based on student and employer needs and understands how to relate to employees across a wide range of positions.
